Welcome to...

Summer Solstice Yin & Yoga Nidra

 with Willow Brook

June 16th, 5-7pm Pacific

2 hours of deep embodied restoration to connect to the inner life on the longest day of the year

Thank you for saying yes!

It is a true gift to share this practice with you. Yin yoga is one of my most beloved and trusted companions in life that helps me to live in harmony and return to what’s true. May these hours together deeply rejuvenate all of us as we honor the earth and its rhythms.

Your recording is below

As you prepare to practice, find a quiet space in your home where you can settle into deep rest. Prepare your practice area for ceremony in whatever way feels true to you. Perhaps you light and candle and incense and bring a cup of tea. Collect items you can use as props like pillows or folded blankets to support you during practice. The more comfort the better!
