Tend to Your Body
We encourage you to move gently and slowly as you leave our gathering. Please listen to what would nourish your body. If you are stuck, here are some of the Wild Heart team's favorites.
- Breathe
- Feel your feet on the ground
- Take a walk and speak the colors or textures you see
- Wash your face or hands, or take a hot bath/shower
- Drink a cup of hot tea and name the flavors you taste
- Play a song and move your body to it the way it is longing to move
- Write through it
- Draw a circle, inside it add shapes, lines, and colors that want to come out
- Embodied spiritual practice
- Lay flat on the earth
- Reach out to a friend, spiritual mentor, or therapeutic practitioner
- The practice that you know works for you!
